Bare Access Floors are constructed with a CRC Steel Top Sheet welded at 128 locations to the embossed bottom pan infilled with foaming cement. Top surface of this panels are normally coated with Epoxy base Powder.
The top steel plate and bottom steel plate are spot-welded to form a high quality shell, after which this shell is cut to size 600x600mm. The Shell is treated by phosphating and painted with powder coating and at high pressure light weight and non-combustible foaming cement compound is injected to inner empty core of panel ensuring that there are no air gaps left behind. After curing, the structure will be stable and strong to support the designed loading capacity. The bare access floor panel has high strength and high durability. One can achieve better acoustic and no squeaking sound due to low minimum – maximum gap between panels. Bare Panel System are also helpful for places where there are height constraints, and can be fixed at a minimum height of 4 inch. Bare panel systems have an advantage of covering the top surface finish with different options like Wood Planks, Carpets, Vitrified Tiles etc to match corporate themes and interiors.

Technical Specifications: 800 Grade HPL Finish System HPL PANEL 800 GRADE: FS 800 lbf Access Floor Panels having dimensions of 600 x 600x34mm ± 0.25 mm shall be all Steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan of 49 hemispherical cones and 36 reverse cones. The Top Plain Sheet is fuse welded to the bottom pan at 117 Locations to form a Panel of an overall thickness of 35 mm. which includes a 1.0 mm thickness Anti-static High pressure Laminate (HPL), factory Laminated on the top surface of the panel and finished on all four sides with edge protective PVC Beading. The 12.5 mm flange on the perimeter is provided with gussets at the four corners to lend additional stiffness and stability to the panels. The Panel after required pre-treatment is epoxy coated to a thickness of 40 to 60 Microns epoxy coating to ensure corrosion resistance. The inner empty core of the Panel is injected with a light weight, non-combustible cementitious compound at high pressure to fill in all the crevices of the Panel and ensure support of not less than 90% of the top surface area of the Panel. Panel shall be capable of withstanding 800 lbf point load tested as per CISCA testing procedure and conforming to Master specs standard for Raised Flooring UNDERSTRUCTURE – PEDESTAL (Vertical Support) & STRINGER (Horizontal Support) ASSEMBLY: Sub structure installed to support the panel shall be suitable to achieve a minimum finished floor height of 200 to 625 mm / 625 mm to 1500 from the existing floor level. Pedestal design shall confirm speedy assembly and removal for relocation and maintenance. The assembly shall provide easy adjustment of leveling and accurately align panels for a maximum of ± 25 mm in the vertical direction. Pedestals shall support an axial load without permanent deflection and an ultimate load as laid out in System Performance requirement. GI Pipe Dia: 25mm OD Pipe Thickness: 1.4mm Pedestal Base Plate: 100 x 100 x 2mm Pedestal Top (Flat Head): 16mm Dia Bolted Stud with 2 Check Nut for levelling, Top Plate 75x75x3mm The bottom of the Pipe is beaded to achieve perpendicularity & resistance to moment which will arise from lateral loading & also arresting the vertical movement before riveting the pipe to the base plate.
